Service Agreements
1. Services
CR Media Agency Ltd provides social media content creation, management, and reporting services as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
2. No Guarantees
CR Media Agency does not guarantee leads, sales, engagement, or specific outcomes.
3. Payment Terms
All services are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable once work has commenced. Work begins only after payment is received.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital and creative services, all payments made to CR Media Agency Ltd are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Work is deemed to have commenced upon any planning, strategy development, content creation, filming, editing, scheduling, or posting activity.
5. Term & Cancellation
Services are provided on a monthly rolling basis. Either party may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Services will continue during the notice period. No refunds are issued for the current or previous billing periods.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely approvals, and required access to social media platforms.
7. Intellectual Property
Clients own final delivered content. CR Media Agency retains the right to showcase work for portfolio and marketing purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding month.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales.
